Add ingredients to a 6 oz. glass or stainless steel spray bottle. Fill the remainder of the bottle with distilled water, apply cap, shake well, and spray back on arms or the back of the neck for a quick and easy cooldown!
In a small bowl, combine raspberries, juice/water, and maple syrup. In a separate bowl, combine yogurt and Lime essential oil. In your favorite popsicle mold, fill each space ¾ full of the yogurt mixture and top with the berry mixture. Place in freezer for until frozen through (appx. 5-6 hours) and enjoy!

Try this tasty alternative of making healthy orange creamsicle bars by mixing 1 cup orange juice, 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt, 1 tablespoon sugar, and 2 drops Orange Vitality in a blender and pouring into popsicle molds!
