These yummy meal replacements are super easy to whip up and drink each morning on your way out the door. Slique Shakes are incredibly filling and absolutely delicious to boot! While they’re a tad high in carbohydrates, but they’re also packed full of the nutrients our bodies don’t get enough of on a regular basis. We have some delicious recipes below for you to try plus – bonus! – they include some pretty tasty vitality oils, too.
1 packet of Slique Shake
1 cup milk of choice
1 peeled orange
1 peeled clementine
4 oz. yogurt of choice
2 drops Orange Vitality
2 drop Tangerine Vitality
Combine with ice in a blender and blend until smooth + creamy!

2 tablespoons Cocoa powder
½ frozen banana
Combine with ice in a blender and blend until smooth + creamy! Pro Tip: add a few tablespoons of peanut butter for extra protein and flavor!
